web2help 1.0.2 released
web2help 1.0.2 has been released. It is a maintenance version, which addresses the following issues:
- Handling of non-ascii characters has been improved: every unicode character is utf-8 encoded, and the utf-8 charenc type is specified in a http-equiv content-type meta tag in the template
- Parser improvement: web2help is now linked against BeautifulSoup 3.0.7a, which "solves" a well-known issue with a relevant number of web pages
